LazyDaisy Jun 2016 11:56am, 1 Jun 2016 14,388 posts	0 LazyDaisy There's been a lot of discussion on the FB Archers Appreciation page (really, some people need to get out more ;-)) and apparently, I think, the mother gets first dibs because the registrar for the place where the baby is born would expect to register the birth. If Rob went to the registrar in Borchester they would want to know why it wasn't being registered in the location of birth, and would need to check with the registrar for the prison that the baby wasn't already on the books. I think that's right, anyway - I began to lose the will to live after reading the first 100 posts
