I thought so too Baroness (your ladyship? what IS the correct form of address? #etiquetteconfusion).

Would have thought she'd have made it impossible for him to do that though - I would. If he queried why she'd changed her passcode I can't think of any reason why he'd legitimately want to be able to access her phone.

He'd find a way, needing it in case there was an emergency to do with the pregnancy and having to contact people that he doesn't have numbers for?

I just hope Kirsty gets round there soon before Rob manages to exclude her from the picture again.

Did you all hear the continuity announcer say, 'Go ON Kirsty!' last night. They all listen - it's brilliant!

Back in the days when it was recorded on an actual tape and not digitally straight into a computer, a friend of mine in the know tells me there used to be frantic hunts for that night's episode on occasions when the announcer going off duty 'borrowed' that night's episode to listen to before they left work and then left it on a tape machine somewhere and not on the shelf ready to be played out. Happened fairly regularly I believe!!

It having been Tuesday night, and me being too lazy to change channel on the car radio on the way to choir, I heard last night's episode. I'm not going to rant about it like last week ;-), but there was something that really puzzled me - perhaps someone could explain please?

Kirsty and Roy were talking about K rebuilding her relationship with Helen. She, or Roy, said something like 'It'll take a while for Helen to trust you again.' Why on earth is it that way round (other than for plot purposes?) Helen knew Tom was having doubts but didn't tell Kirsty - surely the person who needs to do the trusting would be Kirsty? Why would Helen distrust Kirsty? In my non-listening months, have I missed some crucial detail?

Love it!

And because it IS a story and not R**l L**e (although it mains me to admit that) I would really, really like there to be a 'hero' in the Rob and Helen saga ... it would be nice if it could be Kirsty. I've given up on Charlie for obvious reasons, and Ian has been too alienated to care much.

Actually LD, I just understood it as Kirsty feeling that she had said nasty stuff to Helen - when it wasn't really Helen's fault. That Helen wouldn't be able to believe she (Kirsty) had Helen's best interests at heart.

Yes Sharkie that's how I saw it. And Helen knew that Kirsty didn't really approve of Rob too

Thank you both.

The other thing that 'slightly irritated' me ;-) was the whole business of the steam train outing. Even the Severn Valley Railway is non-operational at this time of the year - school term time, winter months. The Glos Warwickshire Railway (and yes, I am a member!) does its track maintenance etc at this time of the year. It was a bit thin, plot-device-wise.

I'll shut up now :-)
