I've just stopped listening. I still tune in, but I don't seem to pay attention. Next I need to get out of the habit altogether.

The flood thing was the final, final straw.

If Rob dies that will mean Helen has had two partners die whilst she's still in her 30's - it would be a brave man who took her on

Rob won't die, he still has a lot of violence to inflict :-(

I have given up listening to every episode again. I won't actually turn it off if I happen to be around when it comes on the radio but there's just too much Sturm und Drang for me these days.

I'm getting my info from the FB Archers Appreciation group which is far more entertaining :-)

My money would be on Freda. If she dies this leaves the pub with no cook... which will be a further financial implication for Kenton and Jolene as takings plummet when a series of agency chefs fail to cook Sunday lunch like Freda.
I thought she had died already when someone said 'she looks so peaceful' in last night's episode. And now Ben has saved all her recipe books from the flood I can't help but think that soon that's all Bert will have left - no home and no Freda..... :-(

Good call BaronessBL.

I don't fancy a microwaved pizza in The Bull upstairs much but I guess that's where the shop may end up. Ominously for the Grundy's (I think), Hazel Woolley is their landlord.

Who knows Freda's steak and kidney pie recipe? Need to cook it as a homage.
