And then maybe try actually booking a fucking meeting room, you might find it helps if meeting attendees know where they're expected to turn up. I couldn't understand much of what you said because the line was fuzzy and you have a strong accent. I'm guessing that the call centre is a long long way from the UK. So I would never be rude to you but to the bank, which has clearly sacked people in the UK and offshored their jobs to save some pennies at the expense of pissing off its customers. Of which I shall be one for not much longer.

The only way 'we' are affected is by your repeated whinging and the only way to put a momentary stop on that is for 'me' to deal with it for you. Oh, and it took under 5 minutes to check it out and sort it. That's a whole lot less time than you spent whinging. (In fact it took less time to sort out than it has taken to type this whine! ) Oh, and you ... the argument that you can't vacuum upstairs because you aren't strong enough to carry the vacuum upstairs? Well it's nullified by the fact that you can't be arsed to vac the rooms directly connected to where it's kept!
