liked it meself and last weeks, but I'm easily pleased and don't think too much about things. Walking dead is BACK, Homeland is Back :)

I've now got Boardwalk, Peaky Blinders, Gotham, Rome (repeated on TCM), The Strain.

Looking forward to the Knick and sleepy hollow.

I don't go out except to run, oh and work.

The Scribbler
I had terrible trouble hearing the dialogue in this episode. The sound balance seemed to favour the music and FX. Either that or I am getting old and losing some of my hearing range. Mr S fiddled with the TV settings, but it was still a bit of unclear, but I thought I heard a Tom Baker like tone.

The mummy episode has to be my favourite so far of this series, although I do still think they're laying on the 'dark doctor' a bit too thick. In the old series it was just accepted that he wasn't human and sometimes he could be a bit dismissive about death, though he could also get impassioned about needless loss of life - here though, it's being hammered home every week as a major plot-point.

I thought the episode was brilliant and yes, he was very Tom Baker-like when talking to himself in the cabin. I enjoyed the Agatha Christie homage too.

I thought this episode was great...certainly they're pushing the dark Doctor bit...I mean, can you see them allowing Tennant or Smith to kill the catering staff via overuse of a mobile phone ?

I thought the episode was ok. I liked the initial premise, but the conceit of the passengers and decor of the train being not real jarred with me. Were the kitchen staff also not real? All a bit woolly.

I've still not warmed to Capaldi. I'm still struggling to catch what he's saying, and as the weeks go by I care less.

I'm disappointed that with 4 episodes and 3 stories left of the series I've only really enjoyed one episode (Time Heist) - and that was more because it was so un-Wholike...

meant to say, the last episode had one of my favourite lines of the series so far: "Your worst nightmare is a mystery shopper?" :-)

The Doctor's "Are you my mummy?" was predictable but funny :)
