Chrisul and Ptb I showered last week and didn't think I was too bad at the minute 😜

Bit if a calf niggle today so decided to try and earn some brownie points by painting the bathroom.

It was some time ago that there were comments on this but to catch up - I listened to the Jack Daniels Marathon Talk podcast today. The interview was that bad that I wonder whether he just couldn't hear the questions?

Trying to build up with some structure here but ankle still not right. It's fine on the treadmill but is causing me issues on the longer road runs. I should rest but I won't as I certainly don't want to do any painting!

Re-commenced marathon training tonight with what may or may not have been a 7m run (watch died at 2.4) which was supposed to be easy. Got a bit carried away towards the end when the climbs kicked in but helped blow out some steam and removed the cobwebs!
Didn't have time to talk myself out of running tonight mainly due to Lou chucking me out the door!! I feel i may become her personal project whilst she recovers ;-)

Good work on the brownie points BS - just don't tell the wife you had a niggle ;-)

@WW- good as the marathon talk podcast is, I don't think Martin or tom are great at getting interviews out of people who have actually done interviews time and time again and who know what they want to be interviewed about. Particularly "famous" Americans I think.

Son of a Pronator Man
well my programme to Stirling began yesterday by not sticking to the programme. Good start ! Instead of 7 miles with 10 x 100m strides I cycled 12.5 miles to work and 12.5 home again. Seems like a reasonable swop.
