Well done Joe and as for Paul a, amazing running.

Nice to see you on Sunday ptb although by that stage I was playing catch up after an earlier comfort break. By the second passing I was on a bit of a mission to catch some in front of me. Finished with a 3:23 odd which was ahead of my target.

I was trying to figure out the course, how many laps, what must have been the start time, and who was sitting in what position... I thought I had you as 3rd, with the first 2 some way ahead. Sounds like I didn't have that right, though.

How many now? And are you close enough to have planned which one is going to be no. 100?

Good to see luna and ptb back on it. Go carefully fellas. Paul a - amazing as always, and Joe, well done in Firenze.

So London is going to be a 3:09 target for me. Given how hard I've found a 1:30 half marathon recently, doing a 1:35 + 1:34 in 18 weeks time actually feels like quite a big ask. Looking forward to doing marathon training though for the first time in 4 years! :-) G

Ptb it started at Carrick castle and had a short out and back away from the course before doing 3 laps of running down around the caravan park and returning to the castle. I finished 5th, winner was in blue, then north Belfast runner, Mark (who I think is a fetchie), then Ian who was in all black. Hope to be about 90 by end of this year, no plans for the big one yet but all being well next year.

Ah, OK. I never crossed paths with the winner at all then. Saw the NBH guy going well and thought he was leading. 'Mark' would be Badbark here then?

Definitely next year.... Just curious whether you pictured it being a local event, or a big city one.

Was just another run with friendly people until I decided to chase a few during the second and third lap. Running into the wind was tight especially at the finish. It would be rude not to as its on your door step 😉
