Crikey, I think I'd be divorced if I went much about 4 or 5 pairs!

Getting spooked by the fact that I'm one of only 4 people left on our Autumn marathon side bar.

Some of us just crack on without side bar mention.....it isn't compulsory.

I was going to say - we could put paul_a on. Not just for the Cornish, but nearly every week it seems judging by my facebook feed!

And paul - this isn't a sub 3.15 attempt by me, but I noticed there were plenty dropping out of the sidebar, and I was doing the Cornish, I said might as well put me on... even though it's only a sub 3.30 kind of pace.

Not sure where to post this but just found a new bit I didn't know was on Fetch for Age Best performances on Fetch to find that I'm on there as fastest 47 year old over 10 miles - got to take a win when you can (sorry for blatant boasting post) - after having had a really crap year this year that has cheered me up no end.

Just starting the very slow road back after a summer more or less out with this PF/hamstring tendonitis Managed a 10 mile trail race on Sunday and despite virtually no training (and none over 6 miles) I got round only about 5 or 6 min of my course PB so al in all feeling a bit more positive. Hopeful that I can begin to dream again of a sub 3:15 attempt at Rotterdam 2017.

My husband thought my shoe collection as getting out of hand and took a pic a few weeks ago he counted 24 pairs of trainers - I honestly hadn't realised I had that many pairs
