Good luck Chrisull. That sounds like a good strategy. As Lou said, you can always reassess during the race depending on how you feel.

NDVM is not a hilly route, not sure why it always has that reputation. See you at the start Chrisull hopefully, I'm pacing a small sub 3:30 group so just make sure I don't catch you :-) See you for a free PB beer afterwards.

Congrats Stoosh - 9.37. Slowed down a bit along lochside, but sped up at the finish. Bodes well for WHW mate, well done. :-) G

Like Baz, I've no idea whether 9:37 is a good time for the Fling, but I know it's a bloody long time to be running, so well done Stoosh.

(I hope this doesn’t come across as presumptuous, it’s certainly not meant to be) It looks as though both myself and Postie will be up for the vote for Member of the Month from tomorrow. To avoid splitting the sub3:15 vote I hope that you’ll all join me in voting for Postie. IMO his 15min PB and sub3 is much more deserving than me finally achieving something I should have done at least a year ago. VOTE POSTIE for MotM :-)

Nelly, MOTM is a tough choice if you are both in there as IMO you are both deserving, very deserving. However, I agree, I would rather one of you won than the vote being split meaning someone else sneaks the vote.

I think we should set up a poll for the 3:15 thread to vote and decide which candidate we get behind....

I'll be voting you for Nelly, you deserve recognition for your achievement.
