Awesome Joe !!!

Assuming you've entered ( or plan to enter ) all the races in your race portfolio, can I ask if you've added up all the entry costs ? Bet it's a very scary number ;-) !

K5 - not added up but 2/3K probably :-S

It's a one off year and I aim to do 80 this year, after this cut back to a couple a month max and be picky, also really look at taking chunks out of my time.

That was my 10th this year.

Larkim - kudos! Will read your blog!

20 miles done at about 7.33min/mile pace 24 hours after doing 13 at mp. Safe to say I felt less then bouncy on my feet today. Taper will be most welcome :) need to reinfect some zip :)

Larkin like Lou off to read your blog. Also off to look at lous training as it sounds tough.

18 with 13.1 in 1:30:06 for me today. First five In to the wind around 7mm pace then the next eight were around 6:46 chipping away at the time I conceded early on.

That sounded tough larkim !

Good long runs there Baz and Lou :-)

My final long run of this campaign with 21.5 today. First half a bit up and down, averaging around 8:00mm, then once onto canal averaging around 7:35mm, which all remarkably almost fits the p&d prescribed paces of start at MP+20% and move to MP+10% - that was lucky ;-)

3 weeks today will all be over ( hopefully, or something's gone really wrong !! )

Nice long runs Lou, Baz and Gus. Did midlands relays yesterday, 5 mile fast(ish). Did 20 today, 7 warm up, 10k race at mp(ish) and 7 mile cool down. Just woken up on the sofa!!

Just back from Cranliegh 21, good sold run the rain was only drizzly but there was a fair bit of wind. Aim was to stay around 7:45s to 12 then 3m at mp ease back off to 18 then back up to MP gain. 1set effort went well till the 15th mile when I forgot about the hill and it took its toll, then missed the 18m for the second set, then struggled to get the pace down with the wind ect. Overall, happy as got in some good strong miles and not a million miles away from where I want to be at. Its also a 21m PB by nearly 19 minutes..... :-) I will take any PB's on offer. 2:40:50. Had a bath, now to catch up on sleep. might even make a rare blog.....
