Ive been for a run. Mr LF just informed me that yesterday I walked about 6 miles in total and ran just short of 3. Today i skated (well, wobbled really) for almost two hours and ran 4.5 miles. I think I might slip into a coma shortly. I'm used to sitting on my arse. That much exercise may be a step too far. |

monsenb1 - I wasn't but I know larkim was at 4VHM yesterday. If anybody has an entry for the Village Bakery HM that they can no longer use, or hears of one, I'd happily take it of your hands. |
