I could do it in about 2 h 30 mins I reckon What do you think? Now I've written this down I'm a bit scared, I know it's round the orme but that's only a couple of miles up, people must walk that bit surely looking at last years times?

R4R Nov 2014 8:00am, 18 Nov 2014 2,477 posts	0 R4R T - go for it not a fast course, but enjoyable in a masochistic sort of way I did it the first year and from what I remember it's a long slow drag from 5-miles for about 2 and a half, but nice downhill for about a mile and a half after that

iJono Nov 2014 11:17am, 18 Nov 2014 1,028 posts	0 iJono well there are bits attached to Merseyside Mulbs. T It is a cracking half marathon, really enjoyable - got my PB there. The climb up the great Orme is quite steady and as R4R said there's a nice down hill bit.
