Ok so I've made a doctor appointment in 2 weeks as I have a load of marking about couldn't potentially leave of it my mate. The school break made me feel a bit better but I can see myself slipping back and my eating is out of control which makes me feel worse. |

Finding it hard to pull myself back up. It's been getting harder and harder for a while. I done an inflatable 5k today which I had hoped would give me a lift or a boost but it didn't. I couldn't even think clearly enough to work out what I would like to eat and OH started getting a bit miffed as he was driving and needed to know where he was going. I ended up just agreeing to one of his suggestions. I want to say how I feel but I can't work out what it is, closest I can come up with is numb. I seem to be able to put on a front for appearances sake so why can't I just plough through it? I couldn't even face doing a pre or post race picture today I just got there and left afterwards again. Been getting a lot of palpitations last few days too, probably anxiety. I'm sure I'll feel better in a few days just need to keep putting one foot forward......

Think you're right UltraDunc. Seems like there is a lot of inertia in getting talking about mental health in society generally. Like you say great we can talk here. There are also some really inclusive Facebook sites that i find really help😀
