My Psychotherapist cancelled my appointment today, off sick, so I had a trip to the swimming pool instead, much less stressful

After a few months of getting on ok, getting better with the odd blip, back to struggling to get out of bed and get through the day. I don't think I want to run any more. |

Sorry to hear that Carp. I always struggle to get out of bed, and doing nights now wont help. Could it be a winter thing? Sometimes I get the feeling of just wanting to hibernate. |
