Yesterday I cried all day but today has been much better. I hate this swinging up and down but I s'pose it's better than the total black pit of 6 yrs ago. Remembering that is what will finally make me brave enough to change what I need to. |

Did anyone see Corrie and the Steve Mc story? I thought it was Stress that he exhibited.

Bad day. Can't focus on anything. Really hopeless and joyless. Can't find any comfort. Necked a packet of paracetamol last week in one go. Don't know why. Just had the impulse to do it. |

Hugs to those that need them. Had a phone assessment with one of the Time toTalk therapists this morning. Outcome is thats its likely I will be refered for CBT sometime in the New Year. Quite a good chat really. She did say I was probably doing OK, as I'm still working and getting out and doing stuff, I could just need a bit more support. She will ring me back next Tuesday. |

Haven't been on website for a while [life got in the way], but I see a few familiar faces. Hugs to all who need them. I've had the odd bad day recently, but generally ok. I've started using the Headspace app, which teaches meditation & mindfulness and I'm finding that it's a real help. Would recommend it. |

Hi guys. Hugs for all who needs them. I'm having a tough day. Mainly because of parents visiting and well intentioned concerns raising all sorts of worries for me. Ho Hum. Drugs and an early night for me. |

The Headspace app is great [even better because my company have paid for everyone to have a year's subscription!]. But seriously, it's a straight talking really helpful app, that just allows you to get your head in a better frame of mind and it only costs £4-5 a month, which isn't much considering how good it is.
