A few key items to remember when having your pay and performance conversations:
• Make sure you are well prepared – take some time in advance of the conversation to think about how you will communicate pay decisions.
• Make sure you choose a suitable neutral location (within the office setting), without interruptions.
• Present fact-based rationale for how decisions were made. Emphasize the linkage between pay and performance. Take ownership of the message.
• Listen to the colleague’s perspective.
• Ask questions to confirm understanding.
• Remain objective.

The smell of gas has been reported in the South stair core. The Landlord building team are currently investigating.
Initial findings is that the smell is caused by the drains.

Update will be posted shortly.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please ensure any items of property that is booked onto PMS is taken to Southend/Basildon holding store, so it can be stored within that property office.

I worked at home yesterday, ahem, as did my wife, although she spent most of the day on the phone it was like a continuing C Block saga mixed with corporate bullshit bingo.

I had to turn the TV up to drown her out.

One just for Wobbling, I think - but my two skippers are actually crying with laughter at the latest Bullshire antics.
