It's not a protected characteristic. And if it was the *old* SatanCorp, surely it would mean a guaranteed appointment?

Systems Leadership is about how you lead when you’re not in charge: when you have to work across sector or organisational boundaries, with people who have different perspectives and priorities to you, and on issues that are complex, multi-layered and admit no easy solution. For the past four years, a national Systems Leadership programme, supported by the NHS, public health, local and national government, and social care, has been in place, helping people in places across the country who are grappling with joining up services and working in new ways, in order to obtain better outcomes.

The programme has included research, joint leadership development, and place-based support, using specialist Enablers to help people develop their Systems Leadership capacity. It has helped people make real progress in changing how they think, how they behave and what happens on the ground as a result, as evidenced in independent evaluation and in reports from the places themselves, such as The Revolution will be Improvised II.

So, ideally they're looking for someone who is a leader without being a leader, who can join up many disparate groups of people, and by implication, being a bit inspirational with it.

I'm thinking a sort-of Jesus Christ type person. Only moreso.

Satan brings many of the qualities to the role that Jesus brings without being needlessly shackled to outdated ideas of morality.

Indeed, exactly what the corporate world, or go-ahead public sector organisation, is looking for in a leader.

I have not, and having read the Wikipedia entry I do not intend to do so.
