Dear All,

Further to previous communications, we have the following updates:

For all Staff and PGRs:
Data currently saved to the P drive will not be migrated to the new University Common Storage Platform. It will remain backed up, but will no longer be accessible post migration. If you have any data on the P drive you will need to move that to another drive, or contact User Support to arrange for the data to be moved for you as soon as possible.

For Staff and PGRs with Yellow Stickered PCs or laptops:
Contrary to the previous communication, your F, R and X drives will remain with the same name after the migration.

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

(I have no idea what the P drive is, having only been there 3 years. And I don't often go to campus, so have no idea if my computer has a yellow sticker on it. Or what it means if I do or don't have a yellow sticker...)
