The site wasn't accepting my gateway number and password, which I knew were correct. They asked for a screen shot of what was happening which I sent them. This is their reply: Hello Glenn, Thank you for your screenshot. I can see that you are entering a 13 character password. While this may be your correct password to log in to your Gateway account with, the CATO service will only allow a submission with 12 characters. Please can you attempt to submit again, entering this time only the first 12 characters of your password. This should then submit fully. Kind regards HMRC User Support Team

Please be mindful when emailing as there are officers and staff with the same name. Some emails are of a sensitive nature and it would be embarrassing if your email went to the wrong person.

However, in the past few weeks, it has been used in emails relating to private matters between individuals and departments. Please do not use the 360 Feedback email group for any other purpose as your message won't reach the correct recipient. Thank you.
