Chris May 2015 6:45pm, 4 May 2015 303 posts	0 Chris Damn it, 3.00.30 today at mk. The thighs just couldnt run at pace up the underpasses near the end, at least pace was good while it was level. 7.45 for mile 25 looks like the one that lost me sub 3 :o(

Chris May 2015 7:55pm, 4 May 2015 305 posts	0 Chris Over 3 minutes off my pb so happy enough. I've seen people with 3.00.xx times and thought 'surely you could have found those seconds'. I probably could have but my mind thought I was doing enough. 3 hour pacer had an interesting day, glad I did go with him. His plan was halfway in 1.27. I caught him at mile 24 and I was only doing low 7 min miles at the time so he backed off massively
