A disappointing long run for the second week in a row. Hills were hard and the body just didn't want to run! Managed 11 miles at 8.50 pace but needed too many intermittent walking sections.

I usually only have something to eat if I'm out for over two hours but may have to opt for breakfast in future as I don't want this lull to continue.

A 7 miler tonight to make up for not going out in torrential rain yesterday. Was good conditions and a nice evening for a run

Went out for a few miles and thought the weather was going to turn bad. Only turned bad for 1 minute so can't complain

Managed just under 12 miles. Much better than previous weeks although I did walk up a few hills as it was into a headwind.
