Longest run for over two years, 10.8K yesterday. Just a nice gentle plod to build up some distance and stamina in preparation for the forth-coming Eynsahm 10k.

Felt good at the end and no after effects this morning :)

Yesterday - awesome. Felt strong and a new half mara pb.

Today - heel killed me and could only hobble for just over a mile. No idea where it's come from but it's not welcome! :(

Pretty good. Similar distance to last week's but at a faster pace. On target for my first sub 60 10k in years if I don't break before the end of November! :)

4 miles at 5am, easy. HR seems quite just now, probably the bug I've been fighting for 2 weeks now.

Congrats on the streak! I got to 17 in a row and injured myself! After what will be 10 days off I'm doing a 6hr event on Friday...could end badly too.
