My "run" was a half hour brisk walk. This was a tester for my leg suggested by my physio before restarting running following a deep calf strain. All went well so a few gentle short runs scheduled for this coming week. |

long run today , so wish I could slow down though. just over 7 miles but was keen to get home so ran a little too fast but reasonably pleased as my mileage is hitting 20 miles a week and increasing slowly.
