Tough, even though I got up at 6 to avoid the heat. Made 16k and took a bus back. That'll do but I'm well out of form, which is a bit depressing less than 3 months after a marathon pb (or perhaps BECAUSE 3 months after a marathon pb).

Lumpier than usual as we are in Lancaster - but 9 nice miles with a lovely view across the bay :)

It was a bit poo. I had a bit of calf strain at Parkrun two weeks ago. Everything seemed to have settled down, but my calf tightened up after about 2 miles :(
Lovely evening for a walk home though :)

It started out good, but about 3 miles in, I felt a little pull of a nerve in my left leg. Hmmmmmm.....makes me a little worried.

hot but not too hot. struggling a bit but I think I am just well out of form, tired from too much work and moving house, and suffering from the heat.

Oh, and trying to shift a couple of pounds so not eating sweets is probably not making it any easier ;)

Tough. I didn't let my body recover from my core workout last night. And now my legs hurt. But I feel better for pushing myself.
