3 miles after having a sore knee for a couple of weeks. The problem knee was fine but the other one was starting to pipe up! Feel ok now afterwards though so hopefully all is good

Nice Gooner. Just done my mammoth interval session 13.5K including warm up & down. 45 efforts of varying length dependent on where the YEB needed it's poles. Warm down was done with one nip exposed due to chaffage |

Just about to go out at 6.00 am this morning, dressed and warmed up before dropping everything to see to my daughter. Never did get out for a run today as she has been unwell and quite clingy.
