woke up with the mother of sore throats, coughing up big lumps and thought better of it :/ 13 days till Loch Ness Marathon and seeking that delicate balance between recovery from a stupid cold and getting in form. I'll probably give it a go tomorrow - something mid-length and gentle. |

5 miles this morning - very tight calves after the 10k on Sunday, struggled a little bit towards the end.

It was a little harder than normal. My chest was a bit tight with some asthma. Boo.

10miles out on some local trails. Not sure where I was going so just ran around a bit and hoped for the best. Saw some rabbits, pheasants, squirrels, a hare and hundreds of slugs. |

A slow one with the better half. Easy pace but runners knee still rearing its ugly little head.
