10k gently around Nuuk before I leave at lunchtime. My calves will be relieved to get home :)

8 x 2 minute intervals with 30 secs recovery. May not sound like much, but it means a lot to me!

Felt that I was struggling as a of a cold that's been hanging around a while, but as a result of a competitive urge in the last 100m of Oxford parkrun, I achieved a PB. Very pleased!

A parkrun PB for me - beating a time I set over 2 years ago on a flatter course than this morning. Whoo!

Very good parkrun this morning. Finally achieved my time goal. Now I have to make a new one. Granted I am probably going to have to train more to keep getting better times......

nice 15k back home. Calves are still stiff from the hills in Nuuk and there's a shin splint that comes and goes. But a respectable 1.20 which a nice negative split so all bodes well.

4 weeks to go!

Steady
I am not fast nor good, so the circumstances have to be perfect for this to happen, But I will take it anyway. Provisional results had me in bronze position at Orienteering provincial championships middle distance this morning.
