that doesn't sound very steady, Steady! I am struggling to understand where and what you ran. Was that 10k plus 5x5k? Very impressive! and sounds like lots of fun too.

A nice 5 mile lunchtime run in the sunshine. No gilet and no base layer - just long sleeve shirt, shorts, socks and shoes. Glorious :-)

Lovely group run tonight - just under 5 miles, sunny - but cold!

Steady
"Parkrun Freedom is the ability to record your time if you run one of our courses at a different time to the normal parkrun." We have 11 park runs in the area, so on public holiday, Freedom Day, we split the park runs in two rings and whoever was stupid enough could decide which ring to do, with all finisihing at the same venue. I had to do the race so missed our first park run. I thought it was steady, steady pacing in the raxce, and slow and steady the rest of the day, either driving or running, not time for much else. I may sing a very unsteady tune tomorrow when I get out of bed. I seldom do more than 15 km these days.

well that was all very confusing (I've never done parkrun - see the moniker).

Finally seem to be shaking off a cold I've had for about 3 weeks now. Good to get out for 3 miles this morning.
