2 hours of suffering; wondering with every step why I voluntarily poisoned myself last night - at my own expense - with Barolo, Highland Park and Old Pulteney. Was it worth it? Body definitely didn't think so today :/ Hence the eternal problem with planning LSRs for a Sunday morning.

A very sweet 10-miler after the rain had passed through.

[It's that continental stuff wot dun it, ITG. If you had just stuck to local drinks you would have been fine.

Alternatively, just start drinking around noon. Earlier finish, fine next day :-) ]

Just wonderful, manages just over 6.5 miles. Last few miles were painful as forgot to put my blister patches on my feet, good running buddies got me through 😄

After an incredibly tough week of a different sort of training, a nice comfortable 4 miler was what was needed today and though my left shin seems to be disagreeing, I rather enjoyed it :)

After a week of nasal/sinus problems, I ran 4 miles, coughing all the way, before run-walking the last three miles home - still coughing. Didn't enjoy it and will be going to the doctor's this afternoon.

Two today, eight miles then four, with an hour of pilot gig rowing in between. Quite tired by the time I got home!
