I love running in the rain! 10 and a half misty, murky, breezy miles on the Dorset coast path.

8 miles - middle six 'sort of' tempo pace - felt a bit knackered and then remembered I gave blood this week, which might explain it!

14k in glorious Caithness. Slight change in temperature since I was running in Italy; clearly sweating a lot less as I have a rather painful chub-rub :(

Parkrun - season's best in the sunshine (admittedly from a rather low base this year......) so what's not to like?

Not tremendous. Falkirk 4th anniversary parkrun. Started dry if very windy, ended wet and windy. A literal damper on the cake tables. I seem to have tired my legs out: two minutes slower than last week.

Pacing sub-25 at Cambridge parkrun and absolutely loved it. Really difficult to put into words the feelings felt.

9 miles today. Middle 3 were at tempo (parkrun :)). Felt just the right amount of exhausted afterwards.
