Great - 20 miles ahead of Windermere. Think I ran up every hill in Edinburgh.

It was my first run since November 2013. It felt nice to finally go out and run but not too crazy as I still have back issues that I need to get over.

12 miles first thing this morning in the rain. I'd hoped for a few more but never mind. A lot of short climbs probably resulted in not being able to get a nice running rhythm going. Next week's long run will hopefully be a more simpler one.

Surprisingly I've got quicker and the running has felt easier as the day has progressed.
