Suprisingly pleasant 4 miles around the park. A bit slower than usual but felt good for it.

Official time in: 23.12. I'll take that! First place in the grown-up class (20+) and second overall! (Beaten by a schoolkid in the 15 and younger class). Great race pickings too! Ronhill beanie, gloves and cap; bottle; medal (of course) and even a gift voucher for the local sports shop in the raffle! I'll be doing this one again next year :)

There was a 10k at the same time so all the "good" women runners were in that. Good day for me :)

not bad at all, especially for a hardly impressive time of 23.12 :)

4 and a half sunny miles with a strong east wind. Sea very choppy off Dancing Ledge.
