Lovely session with the club - clear sky, crisp air, nice company :)

Well, I had one! I put in 30 mins on the treadmill after a week of strep. It was actually ok. I didn't break any records and I felt a bit fainty when i stopped (probably because I ramped the pace up for the last 500m) but the legs still know what to do. I might try again tomorrow before I venture out in the cold again.

Club night speed work. Great fun in a big chatty group. I love running by myself, but there is something so primal about running in a pack.
