Bliss. 4.9 or something like that miles to work in the sunshine with a cold bite in the air. Just how I like it. Watching the World waking up around me and not too many cars on the road bits to spoil it. I am so lucky to have access to Clifton Downs and I'm working in Clifton at the moment. Really love getting on the grass and a few short wood trails pre-work.

Shortest of the year for me! Just 2.60. Had massive stitch. Was ridiculously windy. Not enjoyable.
