Lovely jog with my Husky - she has started coming out for a jog with me now my poorly foot is on the mend and is so good - trots along and ignored two cats and a fox this morning. Kept looking up and checking I was okay. Really happy to be back out again enjoying it for what it is. :-)

7.5 miles on the coast path under grey skies but with surprisingly intense blue patches - they almost seemed luminous with everything else being so drab. A strong headwind as I was heading west which largely died away just in time not to help me on the return. A solitary raven low and close above Blackers Hole and two peregrines soaring over Seacombe Bottom.

Another cracker, after a weekend of doing v little, I had the day to myself so headed out round the local hills for a few hours, a bit cold, the ground was a bit muddy to start, but it improved nicely for a cracking run.
