Hohum
no motivation, no energy, felt crap, walked more than I should have, generally not in the best of moods.

10k race, used it as my long run coming back from injury. First lap great, second lap felt tough as I'd obviously pushed it a bit on first lap and am undertrained! Enjoyed it and free cuppa and mince pie at the end always a treat. :-)

Brill run cross country, a tad slow due to Northamton mud!! The sort that adds pounds to ones feet and inches to ones height.

Raptors claws are coming to town
It's going to be on the treadmill if I don't get out there soon. Kick my moon, please. For when I got the treadmill I said I wouldn't train indoors, ever, if I could train outdoors. And I'm not made of sugar.

GET OUT, VRAP, YOU LAZY OLD LADY!

I planned 12k but put in 14k along the Riviera between Arenzano and Varezze and back. Found the house of my dreams right there on the rocks with its own little garden, picnic area, beach and (very important on the riviera) private parking. No idea if it has a pool, but when I buy it, I will build one. Right on the cycling trail where the railway used to run. Perfection.
