I had one! 2k, slowly, on a treadmill. Ankle holds. I'll test it outside tomorrow, but maybe only 4k; then work my way up.

Baffins Runner
Tried my new shoes for the first time (Adidas Adizero Tempo 6) and stormed in a 7:01 per mile average over 4 miles. Very pleased!!

Winded
I was a couple of minute late at Cambridge park run today, usually this wouldn't matter but unusually it seems to have started dead on time this morning. Starting well behind the field was quite fun, for the first 4km or so I was steadily passing people which is a novelty for me.

A top cracking run. The Stiperstones time trial, Little stretton to Stiperstones. took a route I've not used for a few years, fog was down almost all the way, quite a bit of mud n water, lots of happy faces, I did a PB, which was cracking. A well deserved pint in the Stiperstones Inn after :-)
