Jog to Daventry for test parkrun ( the real thing next Sat ) a goo dish run givern that I thought my legs might give up due to 50. 26.30? For 5 k Then ran home, and worked in the garden in very warm sun shine!

A frustrating 10k race of two halves - the first I was working hard, felt sick with the effort but was doing pretty well. The second half I'd twanged my left calf muscle, couldn't put in the effort I wanted to as the calf was too sore, but on the plus side I stopped feeling sick!

May go for a short run along Waikiki beach on Friday . Just done the NY marathon and the Marine Corps marathon the weekend before in Washington DC as a training run ;)
