hp, why not give lacto freee milk a try? - it tastes fine with cereals and though it is a bit suspect in tea its not undrinkable. you can get little pots of it too to keep in your handbag or when away for a weekend.

Welshwomble (WW)
MrsB – there is plenty of fruit this end (note to self: must eat more). My OH is the fruit bat in this house.

GG – hope today went ok, I have the same task next Wednesday :(

Halfpint – I find it very hard to digest milk, since my B12 deficiency I have been on rice milk (fortified) although I do drink soya milk sometimes – both are ok with cereals and porridge, although I can’t vouch for tea/coffee as I drink them black.

CL – I sound like your friend ;) have been for a walk today, hoping to get back to my running programme next week although I have had to re-write it as well off target for my 10km in May.

Thanks lovely ladies, the day went all, the family did Jack proud but it broke my heart. Back to a local very nice hotel for tea & a chat and nice to see them all relaxed and having a bit of a giggle again, the funeral does provide a turning point and I hope they can now start to look to the future. Stopped in on a good friend on the way home, them mum & dads and finally got home about 4.30. Phew. Got a few chores done and now sitting down fetching my walk from this morning.

Also hopped on the scales (a day late with being away last night) and pleased to report a little 1/2lb off :) Would like to say I have a week at home next week so I can get a decent run in for next week but OH is taking me out for tea tonight :) just to the local but be nice to chill for a few hours - starting with a soak in the bath & my kindle. Would say a cup of tea but I've drank that much tea today I think I'm tea logged.

WW hope you get on well with your diet and find some relief, you've certainly been through it lately ((((WW))))

Oh and a sports massage booked tomorrow so I'm hoping after that I might start being able to run again, I've really missed it and hope when I get back out there my headache might go away - yip still hanging around :(

Sounds like a tough day

Right I am officially a fat bloater. According to a fully clothed weigh in at the docs and only just into overweight bmi. Doc was lovely and said I looked ok and not to worry but really that crowns it the baby weight has to go.

Can I join and just log changes ? I don't want to make my full lardage public.

Of course LF, everyone welcome, and no need to disclose anything you don't want to.

And I'm sure you're not a fat bloater at all!

The receptionist at the gym was eating chips. I nearly jumped him...and the gorgeous, yummy smelling chips.

You're definately welcome here LF and we'll try help keep you on track, far from easy most days I find (me staying on track not you btw) :)

Jo Malone lime basil & mandarine bath which was lovely & headache starting to subside. Now to put kindle & fetch aside & get dressed although PJ's take away & snuggle on sofa would be my preference - tomorrows luxury ;)

Cheers. No I'm not super hooge. I lost 2 stone with ww before I did running and kept it off til I had cuthbert. I only need to shift 5 lb to be normal bmi so that's the first goal then we take it from there.
