Excellent loss kaiser :-)

And welcome back Alice :-) I can easily put on half a stone or more on holiday for a week. You'll soon be back to your pre-holiday weight. I hope ;-)

This week I'm expecting a good loss having been very good since Tuesday. We had a Chinese takewaway for tea but I opted for king prawn and mushroom with boiled rice and - get this!!! - I put half of it in a tub to take to work for lunch tomorrow :-)
I had a flapjack and 8 jelly babies and 2 werther's on my long run today. But as it's Sunday I don't think we have to stick to Lenten promises do we? Other than that, it was porridge with a banana pre-run and a FGS when I got back.

Well done kaiser.

I feel like I need a proper good kick up the bum. I have not had any really really bad days just a series of not brilliant days. I'm not confident of a loss on the scales tomorrow. Having said that I tried on a dress I intend to wear to a wedding in May and it looks pretty good again - I looked awful in it when I tried it before xmas. A concerted effort between now and my birthday (17th March) should see me back at my initial goal and I can relax for the weekend and enjoy :) So ladies and gents if you see me slipping.... a swift boot please :):)

lol! That'll do nicely. If I wasn't too tired to get out of bed I think I'd be in the kitchen eating everything.

thanks guys I was really surprised with the big lose. SW is really working for me just now but unfortunately I cant afford to go to classes just now so Im just gonna try and do it myself. Doesnt normally work for me as I think I need the threat of getting weighed in a group situation.

Im also lookiing to up the tri training so hopeing this will help with the weight lose but might also mean I end up eating more when I come out swimming etc.

Well done on the loss Kaiser.

And well done to everyone else for keeping at it. I'm not very active here but like to keep up with how everyone is doing :)

Have a good week (whenever it starts in the weight loss terms).

Squeezed in 1.5m walk today bit if training with Ellie so a good start. Got back made omelette for breakfast (working from Washington office & no food at desk policy, worryingly they are now threatening only 1 cup of tea morning & 1 afternoon, ops staff complaining office staff can have tea anytime & they only get one at break time - but office staff dont get breaks, it's going crazy!!)

Got a banana & apple with me & the roast veg soup for lunch. Beef stew for tea. Feeling ready to get back into eating healthy properly, not running is definately impacting on my desire to be healthy which is crazy! So picked myself up & shaken myself down & let's see if I can kick up a gear & lose this week! I have got to get through 3 days of buffet lunches but that just means more focus at all other times!!!

If I'm caught slacking please kick me up the butt too ;)

Alice the Camel
Seems a bit of a harsh policy gg - when I used to be a teacher, there was a no food/drink policy in the classroom which I totally agreed with. But then they introduced a no drink in the playground policy on health&safety terms, which I also sort of agreed with (what if a child ran into you and spilled hot tea on him etc) - but it made yard duty days really tough!

I was very careful about what I ate yesterday and I did a long gym session this morning. The holiday pounds seem to be melting away fairly quickly, hopefully I'll be back to where I started by the weekend. Soup for lunch, salmon salad with couscous for tea, fruit snacks.
