Gooner Oct 2016 9:57pm, 23 Oct 2016 14,437 posts	0 Gooner First attempt at a small ultra distance on this coming Friday down on the Thames. Want to hit at least 30 miles in the 6hrs limit. Only problems being my longest runs so far have been 14/15 miles and that I haven't run for a week since last weeks half marathon pb due to a painful lateral heel when running. I feel like it may be a baptism of fire into the world of ultra running!
