I must really do a D33 one year I guess its the time of year but I can make it a long run ;-).

I'll have to sit down with FR and Flanks as they are local lads to discuss Ultra options.

I got a VLM pb after D33 one year. I find it gives focus to my winter training

It looks like the Scottish equivalent of JW ultra which I've done.

Is it undulating or flat ?

Hello Everyone,

Tuning in, got Dusk til Dawn in October as first Ultra. Comfortable 2hrs in the eatly morning sunshine today.

What would be your single top tip for a first timer?

Relax and enjoy it.
Something will always go wrong or not according to plan. Assume that and roll with it when it happens :-)

Other wiser heads will chime in with far more valid tips I'm sure ;-)

Don't chafe: Micropore on your nipples, Vaseline on your balls etc.
