Thanks :-)

I'm running the Gower 50 in Oct, which I'm looking forward to.

Do most peeps build up their running distances/ races over time, as I'm thinking sod it and I'll enter a 100k this year/sooner, or should I wait and get more practice at running/walking for longer distance? Thanks in advance :-)

Don't suppose anybody did the Skye ultra this weekend? I'd be interested to know what it was like.

I've pencilled in the Skye ultra for my 50th (birthday, not ultra/marathon). Few years to wait yet though...

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Tough but magnificent sums up Comrades quite well too. Along with hot, which is an adjective rarely attributed to Skye. Managed to get my sub-9 target, but picking up a cold a few days ago meant it was a tough day.
