Too Much Water
As we're all airing our RC stories, there's the time he called me up and threatened legal action against me, or the time he was asking around at Round Rotherham where I was to see if I wanted to 'step outside'. I believe he also asked Fetch / RW to remove posts on here he didn't agree with (memory is not 100% on this one).

Quite an unpleasant person in my opinion.

I'm feeling the love flowing off the pages for this RC. Sounds like a prime knob 😳

He has a lot of good qualities too :) and I have found him to be encouraging even in my slower days.

Great write up vamos and awe inspiring photos of what must be a truly gruelling event. Also made all the more inspiring by what can be achieved by the rest of the field, especially after that bloke at the front making it look like just another day in the mountains!!

On another note a real shame to hear the comments about RC as a RD as I've run four of his races and enjoyed them all........

Never had any issues with RC and ran a few time with JC who is lovely.

Have noticed his issues with slower runners (which are his opinion) but as a RD he should keep his gob shut.

Ran Hugin 6hr on Sunday and it went really well and I managed 46M, but this has left me with a quandry as I now have no idea what paces I should be running at.
Recently my half mara pace is 7:20 (bad day), mara 7:35 (thought was okay) and 6hrs 7:40 (awesome day) :-0

Does anyone have any idea how much faster I should be over mara pace wise ?

If you went through mara in 3:16 then ran another 20 miles or so which I think you said on fb then I would guess something under 3:05. I guess you need to pick the good day
