Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oh what a good girl she is D2. Have you taught her 'paw' (all Battersea dogs leave Battersea knowing 'paw' even if they know nothing else!) We get Wanda's front paws much drier than the back ones as a result of her being happy to give this paw/other paw/both paws for a succession of treats!

Ooh that's a good idea. I have no probs with the front paws of the dogs I walk due to her knowing paw for those 2. The back ones are not so easy and the towel ends up getting it if I'm not fast enough. Perhaps I'll just say paw for the backs too and reward with a liver treat. If the owners are in when I get back and she's had enough of being dried, the barking soon brings them to the back door. She's a collie crossed with German shepherd and can be quite strong on the end of a towel. :)

*One of the dogs I walk*, I should've said in that second sentence.

Jess enjoyed investigating something on her walk today.

AW, Gimme. :-)

One of the first things we taught Jess was 'paw' ...'other paw' ...which usually gets a laugh. There was also foot, foot, tail, teeth, eyes and ears for the good citizen tests.

Our Jess recognises paw and other paw too. She is mighty intelligent. Unfortunately, she doesn't understand, "Don't roll on the carpet when you're muddy!"
