All done now!

(PS wouldn’t having more than 128 require an eighth week to fit in a bigger first round or to resolve byes?)

I don't think there's anything magical about having an exact halving after the first round. No need for byes or anything. Think of a collection of sieves from one round to the next, with only a set number falling through. There could be all 350 odd people in the first round and only the top 64 make it through.
