Good morning all!

Hope it's a smooth crossing @Velociraptor

Hope you're feeling better soon @PeterFay and @ElspethF

Lyrics - no.
What - long run done and weight training session later.
Why - wanted to run at slightly slower pace (legs still recovering after Sunday's race) and had a Project Joker long run to fit in some time this week, so anything betweeen 60 to 90 minutes worth.
Last hard - Sunday's half marathon.
Last easy - yesterday.

My symptoms are pretty mild and much improved today but planned activities curtailed until Sunday/Monday. Had quite a few things planned for this week, (running, Pilates, badminton, parkrun marshalling, audio-visual commitments and tasks).
No excuse not to get last years accounts done, I suppose.

Hope travelling is smooth, @Velociraptor
