That was a ballache even getting someone else to do it(obviously I removed the stuff I wanted first) Planning to rent it out but even that seems to be a ballache and I don't want to manage it :¬0 Maybe I should just sell it and bank the profit

Or if you might want to move back in at some point in the future. Get a letting agent to manage it if you don’t want the hassle
