Better Lizzie, thanks! Bloods and chest x-ray have come back clear now, so I have started training again yesterday! Two turbo sessions in a row... last night and this am... legs are glowing :)

Bold font in the header. Was a nice try. I sort of have a plan (b) so there might be activity on this thread, but it won't be worth looking at if it is from me.

OK, bold in the header would be nice, as well as the option of Italics... or even different font types! Enjoy your experiments!
