I've got to HTFU cos I'm a Nesh Northern Bastard plus I'm technically a Duathlon Gheyer I think that's what you lot are likely to call me amongst other things :-)

I think I will start by running with fuck all on at the club tonight and shouting at everyone who has ANY clothes on even if it's only minus two :-)
